My rates are as follows.
If the lot sells between 1-60 days you keep 70% and we keep 30%.
If the land sells between 61-120 days you keep 60% and we keep 40%.
From 121 days to 180 days it is 50/50 between us.
After 181 days, you will get 40% of the proceeds and our company will keep 60%.
After 365 days we keep all the proceeds
Transactional funding $1250 flat fee. 1% after $125,000 purchase price
