Land Funding Terms

We Keep It Simple at 1% of the funding amount with a minimum of $150.00. We’re a boutique shop, so we are likely the most flexible funding team.

How our funding process works:

  1. You request funding from us: https://landlistservices.com/#lending
  2. We agree to fund the deal and you put us in touch with the title company.
  3. We provide legal documents to you and the title company for signing.
  4. We wire the funds to the title company 24 hours before the closing date.
  5. Double close completes and the title company wires our funds + fees to us.
  6. You give us a great review and send us referrals!
