Tiered profit splits starting at 70/30 in the deal manager’s favor, based on time to close: the faster you close, the more you keep. For deals over $100,000, the split is generally 60/40 (manager/funder) or 50/50, depending on the specifics, reflecting the increased capital commitment on our end. All splits are deal-specific – higher-risk or lower-margin deals may vary. Every split is agreed upon in writing before funding is approved.
